The owner of this business take care of all clothes as they are their own. Always perfect. On top of that, they are the nicest neighbor in SF. Very good business owner, very good service, very good at their job. Also, all the work is finished right on time.

CRAP! CRAP! CRAP. Not only have I been coming here for 2 years but I've let numerous less than good customer service experiences go by the waistline because I felt the place was CLEAN, ORGANIZED and the OWNER was somewhat pleasant. Well TODAY....I'M DONE. This place is crap, overpriced and HORRIBLE customer service. For all the people who gave this place 3+ stars has never had them lose anything. I took 2 jackets in to have them both dry cleaned and to have 1 of the buttons sewn on. Two months later and they STILL haven't sewn the button on and they lost the waist belt and accused me of losing it on my way out the door. Even though I came back the next day! The jacket was a $30.00 jacket so it's by far not the monetary value I'm pissed off about but the complete LACK of customer service and follow-through. I came back the next day to tell the owner that my belt was missing and that the button was never sewn on. She said she would look for the belt but typically they attach the belt to the top of the hanger and to come back in a couple days. I was moving so I didn't come back until 3 weeks later and the BUTTON STILL WASN'T SEWN ON! Mind you I already paid $37.00 bucks for just 2 jackets. So I already pre-paid for a service never finished. So I go in today, 2 wks later and STILL NO BUTTON SEWN and the owner NOW tells me I never brought the belt in!!! She refused to reimburse me for the button not being sewn on or for the belt missing or even offer me a SORRY. Complete CRAP!! There are 100's of laundry places to get good quality customer service and affordable prices in this city. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM CRAP-O-LA.

We love Nina's. We get all our dry cleaning done there (and everything comes back spotless and on time) as well as our tailoring. Highly recommend!
