David at Nina's was wonderful and easy to work with, he made the stressful process of renovation easy and bearable! This was my first experience renovating a kitchen and bathroom, and everyone at Nina's was helpful and pleasant. When you're spending a lot of money and having to make large and permanent decisions, it can be extremely stress-inducing and good customer service is key. I spent a very long time in Snyder Diamond one afternoon with a salesperson who was just off-putting enough that I didn't want to go back there and definitely didn't want to spend any money there. When you have to spend hours sometimes with a salesperson picking out finishes, you need to make sure they are patient and knowledgable and don't make you feel ignorant or indecisive. After the Snyder Diamond experience I was so grateful that I found Nina's because I was totally comfortable sitting in the office with David for hours on end, and also spending my money there. He was informative and knew a lot about all products I was interested in and helped talk me through decisions. I will say that because Nina's is a smaller location, they don't have a lot of room for displays so if you're someone that needs to see a selection of materials before purchasing, it can help to go into a larger show room just to get an idea of what you want. After visiting a few larger showrooms, I always purchased everything at Nina's because they had the best price on everything and it was so much easier and pleasant dealing with David than some guy who doesn't really care about having you as a customer because you're not a giant developer and only working on one room at a time. I never felt like my project was too small for their attention. I absolutely recommend them to anyone considering a renovation project - don't waste your time with other retailers. I will definitely be using them for our second bathroom and closet renovations!

Everyone is very helpful! Nina went out of her way to find the perfect sink for us. We bought a bathtub from them a few years ago and its always a great experience working with them!

We worked with Dave at Nina’s to order new a new kitchen sink faucet, towel racks, mailbox, and more when we moved. Not only is their selection of the highest quality and with an abundance of options, but their professionalism and commitment to excellence in customer service is second to none. Dave was absolutely amazing from start to finish - providing his cell phone to coordinate pickup and keep us updated with item status as they were delivered to the store, and he even personally carried the items out to my car when I came to pick up from their location. If you want the best options and the most wonderful service, Nina’s is your place!!
