Completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. I had never had nails that were so uneven and weirdly shaped. Tell me why my nails are crooked and going sideways when I asked for short almond shape??
For one the nail tech told me it was $25 for a full set, so I decided to go with that. I pick my color and she proceeds to glue the nails in worst manner possible (where you can tell there are spots not glued properly). At all times while the tech is putting the acrylic and “shaping” the nails she kept pulling my hands very hard and giving me dirty/serious looks. Then when I’m headed to pay they tell me it’s $50!!!! And even though they have card system they requested I pay in cash.

Bad experience. First, I was told to sit, then waited for 10min before someone got to me. Then, a couple other customers came in for pedicures, so the lady that was doing my nails left to do their feet. I sat there for probably 15min with my nails half done. Then I was told to move to another chair, waited for another 5 min. Then told to move once again. I had a design that I showed Nini and she told me that the design would cost an extra $35. Apparently, the advertised additional $5 for a design is only for 2 nails (one on each hand). So I went ahead and settled with designs on 2 nails. She did a TERRIBLE rush job on those designs. She only did 1 coat on the design part, so the color doesn't look like it matches the other nails. I'll stick with Kool Nails in Pullman, WA. They do a way better job and actually care about their customers.
