Terrible experience. you charge 350 dollars to come out and then when you could not fix it because you did not have the proper part, you wanted me to pay an additional 350 dollars to install the part. The part was an ignitor, it cost 20 dollars and after talking to an honorable plumber and the water heater company, I installed myself in under 10 mins

Juan and his son were outstanding. Juan explained every step/ process in the replacement of our new tub and all the plumbing. We have more work to do in the house but were moving forward. NIR is who were using, they remain the positive constant in the chaos we've been through.

After having to take cold showers for 12 days, and talking to 3 different plumbers, we really liked NIR Plumbing, so we decided to go with them. They told me up front that there's a 6 year warranty on their water heaters and they guarantee their labor, too. My Husband really liked that, and the guys worked fast and cleaned up after themselves, including removing our old water heater and hauling it away for us. We highly recommend NIR Plumbing and will use them again for other plumbing issues.
