Took a formal gown here to get it cleaned. They put large safety pins through the gown to hang it rather than using the hang strings or literally any other way. This obviously damaged the gown and left large holes. Was difficult to reach via phone/no way to leave voicemail. Eventually got in contact and took the dress back to which they were defensive and rude, refusing to recognize damage, but ultimately offered to try and fix the gown. On my 3rd trip there to pick it up you can see a light mark from where they steamed it. I mentioned this and they were still defensive and rude and couldn't take responsibility only saying "we are human," I understand this but it's not an excuse to overcharge for a cleaning that damages your clothes. Wasted time, money, and gas and my dress isn't the same. Really not worth the hassle. If an item is important to you, it's not worth the risk of taking it here.

Brought in my wedding dress (which was a sample dress, so needed extensive cleaning), and they did a beautiful job! The dress looks like new now. Excellent service and pricing on top of the workmanship.
