The Nisqually Pines CC is VERY shady!! It's a community that is SUPPOSE to be GATED but isn't; whoever and their cousin can just walk/drive/ride Right in and past the office and go sell or buy drugs from the plentiful number of houses they choose. Car theft, catalytic converter theft, mail theft, vandalism, burglary _you name it happens here. I am not quite sure just WHAT the HOA dues go to pay for because everyone is responsible for there own yards, they don't even maintain the trees over the main roadways either. None if any snow removal is EVER done in the winter: the curtious neighbors around do MUCH MORE then the HOA does here. I'm pretty sure our monthly dues gets pocketed by the office personally. Because the monthly debt (according to the online forum for Nisqually pines CC. Hardly ever changes. This place has VERY OLD bylaws restricting homeowners from having certion things or certion pets. And can only have up to 5 motorized type pieces in "your property"; yet quite conveniently the office persons neighbors directly across the street from them has WELL BEYOND 5 vehicles and trailers in there yard and nothing has EVER been done about it (we've heard they are budy,body with them) but the moment WE had a total of 5 at one point; a notice was put up on the information board by the rec club building. SOME PEAPLE from the pines get special treatment and are buddy_buddy with the two individuals from the office and anything you call to tell them; complain or voice a concern is cast off. They screen calls too so the moment you call they already now who you are by your phone # and the basis of bias when speaking to them is already set because of there bias and favoritism towards there "buddies" that live in the Pines. I can go on _and_ON about the shadeiness of Nisqually Pines CC. My BEST advice is to help yoirself out... buy a house AWAY from especially THIS HOA.

We lived here for around 7 years. As someone who is naturally against any sort of H.O.A., I gotta say this one was great. Never had any issues, very helpful and friendly, and the amenities you get for your H.O.A. dues were well worth the money. 10/10 would recommend.
