If there was a zero star rating I would be giving them zero stars. First of all my pants weren’t finished on time I dropped them off Tuesday and was told to pick them up Friday after 3pm. I chose this location because I have a baby and it’s convenient with the drive thru window. But their service is ridiculous; when I went to pickup my pants they said “they are not ready” and nothing more! No time to get them no more information was given to me.
To make matters worse after I finally pickup my two pairs of pants that were to be altered by 2 inches ONLY ONE PAIR OF PANTS WERE ALTERED. So after all of that they did not even complete their job. I will never go back to this place for service and I feel that people need to know what could possibly happen to them if they use No. 1 USA dry cleaners. You will be disappointed.
