My partner and I were looking into purchasing a Laurie Fleming engagement ring. Given that the artist is based in Canada while we were in Southern California, we were lucky to find out that they had a trunk show during the time we took a trip up to NorCal. Reservations for the trunk show were easily done online. We worked with Marcus, who was super pleasant and nice. He helped guide us on choosing our ring. He was also able to procure a very pretty sapphire stone that I wanted for the center stone. Marcus was transparent about the cost of everything and made sure to stay within our budget. In case we wanted to splurge a little more, he did offer to show us a stone that was slightly out of range but not too significant. He also gave us choices and recommendations when needed. He communicated very well via email and we had no issues whatsoever with getting our ring. Overall, we are very happy with the service

The BEST customer service I have ever experienced. Karen helped me in less than 20 minutes find a solution for a new wedding band over the phone. This is to be resized and sent across the country with very short notice. I could not be more pleased and grateful. Thank you thank you!
