Our room looked like it was recently renovated, clean and nice. TV didn't work. and for some reason we had no hot water to shower, the sink water was hot, but not the shower. The staff moved us to the room next to us, but unfortunately it had the same issue. It is a nice hotel, clean and with a great location. Only issue we had was the cold water, just one guy from the staff tried to help us with the cold water issue by moving us to a different room. the other people just told us to open the water and wait 15 min for it to warm up, but unfortunately that never happened.

Typical In di an owned run down hotel. But the price was right. My house burned down, we were homeless for a couple weeks. I tried various cheap hotels around the city that weren't full of bed bugs or hookers. This one I used twice because it had air conditioning. It is really kind of awful. The rug was old and barely tacked down, the bathroom shower was clogged. It isn't clean, it isn't nice and I put a chair and table in front of the door, it had one lock and I didn't trust it. But in SF, where are you going to stay for about $125 a night. No place. So you take what you can get.
