The dragon roll and sushimi were stunning when they brought it out. The green tea is loose leaf, comes in a ceramic pot and is delicious. Our waitress was very nice. Atmosphere 10/10 Food 10/10 Service 11/10 We will be coming back.
The Seattle weather has been quite chilly lately, prompting me to explore some comforting hot soupy dishes. Surprisingly, I discovered Noburu, which happens to be conveniently located near my residence and offers reasonably priced options.
During my visit, I opted for the vegetarian ramen bowl along with some edamame and cheese-filled jalapenos. To my delight, every dish exceeded my expectations in terms of flavor and satisfaction. The cheese-filled jalapenos, in particular, were a standout and left me craving for more.
The ambiance at Noburu is cozy and laid-back, providing the perfect setting for a mid-week culinary adventure. Service was also prompt, with my ramen being served in under 30 minutes.
Overall, my experience at Noburu was thoroughly enjoyable, and I'm looking forward to revisiting to explore more of their delightful offerings.
Highly recommend. The service by everyone was amazing, everyone really made us feel welcomed. Ordering was super easy with the screens and food came out quick and hot. We (hub and I) got 2 different types of ramen (tonkotsu + black garlic oil) and shared karage (juicy and delicious). The toppings were good and the broth was delicious. Not super salty, had a good balance. The drinks were great, the tea selection is fantastic.
Highly recommend going in and saying hi. You'll love the atmosphere.
