When my husband and I began our search for someone to build our dream home we spent time visiting model homes. When we walked into a Noffke home we knew we didn't need to look any further. The quality that is put into a their homes is a huge differentiator. From the very beginning, even before we purchased the land, Matt was incredibly helpful guiding us through the process of building a custom home. Building a home during the pandemic hasn't come without speed bumps but Matt kept in close communication with us every step of the way. I often would seek his advice in making decisions and he always made sure I was making the right choice for me and my family. As we near the completion of our home, we are thankful we made the choice to partner with Noffke Homes!!

As a sub-contractor I can say this is one of the worst companies we’ve ever worked with. We finished a project for them and they didn’t paid us. They ignore our emails, calls. People ignore this company!

Noffke Homes was an absolute pleasure to work with. Stacie and the construction team kept in touch with me throughout the process, gave me regular updates and were quick to respond to my questions or concerns. I couldn’t have chosen a better company to work with in my first time home buying/building process.
