Prepare to go to court if you have to unfortunately deal with this dump. This place is just a typical scam company. Everyone there is clearly doped out of their minds which is why they have zero ethics (work or otherwise) so they can rack up a debt and go buy more dope. Ive seen it a million times. Illegal tows, employees that are incompetent. Gross.
Like I said, be prepared to take them to court. Shouldn't be a difficult win. The incompetence is palpable.

I've worked with hundreds of tow yards, dealers and auctions in 48 states over the span of ~10 years. I am an understanding person that would never go out of my way to bash on somebody's business. Taking that into account, If there was an option to give them 0 stars I would. They deserve much much lower! I hope we never cross paths in the future and I feel sorry for anybody that does.

Disgusting scam company. Id give 0 stars if i could. In what world is your car impounded and picked up within 25 minutes of being at their lot and still be charged $600+? What business allows their employees to instigate a physical altercation and then threaten the person with trespassing after doing so? Their workers have obvious alcohol/Drug problems and are extremely unprofessional. They claim they dont set the prices of their “services” but in fact they can and do! They just charge the maximum amount allowed by the state because they can! See you guys in court the BBB has already received one of what looks like many complaints I’ll get my money back from you guys that’s just a fact
