The Nom Nom is easy to get in and out . Val is the manager . She is always nice to deal with . A+++ . Good location , friendly crew . The new hot foods are the bomb . I like the biscuits and gravy , just like MaMa use to make !

I was clearly walking up to the door at 10pm when they shut the inside down, no biggie. Instead of a clerk saying anything at all the door was abruptly shut and locked in front of me. No biggie again I’ll go to the window and wait. As soon as I hit the window the clerk slapped up a be back in fifteen minutes sign and laughed as he walked away. If only this was the first time your staff was unprofessional and or flat out rude I would chalk it up to a bad day and move along but it definitely was not. I know it won’t effect your annual books what so ever but anytime I see a Nom Nom I will unfortunately just keep driving and take my business else where. I’ve lived here me entire life and been to a lot of non inviting places with lack luster customer service but this place consistently takes the cake.
