My husband and I are so grateful to Frank and Elaina for all their hard work in selling our house. We have never seen anyone work so hard for their clients! They hosted multiple open houses, were great hosts during the individual showings, did research on other sales in the area, and guided us on the selling process. Frank and Elaina put our needs and wishes at the forefront during the negation process, while getting top dollar for our home. We had a excellent experience with expert help from Frank and Elaina. Our house sold in one week over asking price due to the clever marketing (adorable reels for social media, postcards, and fliers). As a lender I work with a lot of real estate agents, and not all real estate agents are the same. Frank was the listing agent for the property my buyers were purchasing. When our offer was presented to him, I called to introduce myself and share with him the strength of our buyer and also I provided him information about who I am and how I work as a lender. First of all he answered the phone when I called which is very rare these days. But working for the seller, as he should, he had his lender partner call me after we spoke to confirm the strength of the buyers and their ability to close. Once again very rare these days. Once his lender gave the green light confirming our ability to close as promised, our offer was accepted and he provided the information promptly so we could begin our process. The escrow company that he also partners with was excellent to work with. Every week when I would call Frank with a status of the transaction he would answer the phone and was very pleasant. Frank did an awesome job representing his seller and worked extremely professional with all parties involved in the transaction. Frank is a pleasure to work with. I would be honored to work with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking to work with a great realtor.
