Nordstrom always does a bang-up job. They really go above and beyond. When we got our new furnace and heat pump installed, I was supposed to have my washer and dryer moved out of the way, but having an infant at the time, I wasn’t able to accomplish that prep task before the scheduled appointment. The guys that came moved the washer and dryer for me, and put everything back after the install was complete. Super grateful for them doing that without a fuss. The other awesome thing is, when I had a water leak issue with my furnace, the owner made a point to call me personally and walk me through checking things out. It ended up being a simple fix that I was able to do myself, and saved me a bill for having someone come out. Their financing deal was also great! Not sure what deals are going on now, but we were able to finance our projects for 0% interest, and it’s nearly paid off. Very thankful for that option!
I’d recommend them to anyone.
