The store is new to the area...had alot of bumps in the road at the start. It has come full circle...very clean, lots of merchandise and customer service is always friendly. Sad thing about the Rack is they all seem to be carrying the same clothes. No variety anymore like the old days!

They advertised 40% clearance, but it was very minimal items especially in the men's department. The overall feel, in the higher end store, was standard quo, draw them in and not offer much. Non existent customer service.

I get better service at a Hot Dog store ! No exchange, return, or credit without a receipt or proof that my cousin purchased my Christmas present by her email or phone number (seriously, someone MUST provide an email or phone number to purchase something ?!?) I spoke with a manager. Nope...no way. THAT was after 20 minutes on hold, calling twice, someone will return my call and never did so I had to drive over there. Told the girl at the counter I needed a manager and after 5 minutes when another girl asked if she could help, I said, "oh no, she (pointing to the first girl) called the manager for me. She looked at me and said, "no I didn't". Good heavens... Companies with great service are going out of business left and right. Bye-Bye Nordstrom's rack.
