Nordstrom Rack

Always a smorgasbord of options at The Rack. Found something close enough to what I was looking for, though I definitely wish they'd had more than two cashiers for the ten-person-deep line. Ah well.

Been coming here for years. Recently the parking lot is charging for parking and I did not see the sign. Got ticketed for staying over 2 hours. Shoppers be warned. There are no other shops around here. I will not be returning. There are plenty of other malls and shopping areas with free parking all day. Not a ding for Nordstrom specifically but I think they should relocate the business elsewhere where it is more customer friendly.

Outstanding customer services! All staffs were so kind and helpful. reminded me how much I used to enjoy in store shopping. Especially Sary ; she is a fantastic person that helped me when I have any questions . What a pleasant experience!
