I venture to all the Nordstrom Racks but at this one I usually don't find anything. However, my last trip I did see they had a decent selection of men's shoes for once. Pumas $50. I looked for baby clothes but the selection was very sparse. I wanted some Jean Paul cologne and they had NONE. I do like the Rack but the drivers out at this location are aggressive in the parking lot. Staff is friendly, the say hi to my 9 month old son, my wife finds makeup, overall a very decent location.

Today seemed like a slow day at the store. There was three people in line ahead of me and I waited 15 minutes to do a return and the same three people were in front of me. I could not wait any longer. Your employees have no sense of urgency at all. I was not going to wait 30 minutes on a very slow day. I gifted back the shirt I was returning and the employee had a completely flat affect. He did acknowledgment me gifting the item back. Really missed the mark.

I went in here with the intention of spending money on at least one new garment. I can't believe how low the quality of materials of modern clothes is, especially at the extremely high price even at a discount store. I guess I'll continue to search for second-hand vintage clothes, which is manufactured in a far superior way classically. My review has nothing to do with the staff, merely the quality of men's garment options.
