The store is full of light and not packed with racks. The shoe salesman we had was friendly and helpful. I did have to return some makeup and the young woman who helped me was very nice. She helped me find a few other items, took my returns with no problems. Very professional place. I always recommend this customer-friendly store.

Spokane's downtown mall is the best shopping you'll find anywhere east of the Seattle area and Nordstrom's is a big part of that. This is a great Nordstrom store. Staff are very helpful; they carry many of the high-end brands that some other Nordstrom stores do not. I had a great experience!

Whenever I travel, I always ask people “Do you have a Nordstrom here?“. I relish my visits to Nordstrom in Spokane. At Nordstrom you’ll find designer brands so that you can dress your best. The quality in the clothing is top-notch. They have a babies and kids department, as well as teens, men’s, and women’s departments. Nordy”s (how the locals say it, )café is on the third floor, and on the main level there is a coffee stand. Also, on the main level are shoes, beauty, and accessories. I recently purchased a beautiful pair of shoes there. Can’t wait to wear them! Nordstrom is Spokane‘s answer to a big city department store with small town, personalized service. A must see!
