I've frequented many Nordstrom locations, but the store in The Woodlands truly rises above the rest. Their organization of merchandise is meticulous, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. The coffee offered is delicious, providing the ideal shopping companion. Their restrooms are spotless, indicative of their overall commitment to excellence. What truly differentiates this store, however, is their exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable staff. A word to the wise for the gentlemen: brace your wallets, especially if accompanied by a lady. This store has so much to offer, it's hard to resist!

maybe don’t have “testers out “ if your employees will give faces like it’s their own cologne, amazing because I have a collection of colognes I guess another store gets my business!

Sam is the best! She went above and beyond to assist me with my exchange order, after Grace and Justin insisted I come back a different day which was a huge inconvenience.! Please ask for Sam she will take good care of you!!!
