Okay store. Selection has gone downhill for years. Selection is getting more limited each year. Specials and events are NOT what they used to be. ALL prices are higher than competition but service is usually better. You can find (and they will order) things you won't find in other stores. Men's fragrance department is exceptional.
I normally dont review stores but have to rave on Nordstrom a bit. I came in for a shoe shine, only to find out only Fashion Valley Nordstrom has it (for only $3 by the way, not counting tip). It's right before my graduation so was a bit disappointing, albeit my fault for procrastinating. I wish I got the name of the fella but he offered to shine them himself for FREE. Did an excellent job at that so high kudos to you good sir and hope you get a solid Christmas bonus and rewarded for going above and beyond.
