I have never been so disgusted. I didn’t even eat here and I don’t want to. While sitting in the food court trying to eat I see a lady scratching her neck for 10-15 minutes. After this she deals with cash. Wouldn’t have been an issue if she washed her hands, instead she went ahead and starting handling food and such serving it to the customers with no thought about it. So disgusting. No one should eat here unless they want to be served something unsanitary.

Seafood ramen is really refreshing. But rice meals really made my day. Kudos to the hardworking staff. By the way our appreciation goes to Nuqui family for that wonderful meal.

I wouldn't even give them a 1 Star. I ordered chicken teriyaki not even 30seconds later they took it off the grill and call my order. I was so shocked how fast the order came up since this is raw chicken being cooked. I opened the box to find that the chicken was still raw and white. I asked if they can cook it longer she was so upset that I even said anything about how her food. She said this is done I said no I ordered less than a minute ago I have the receipt she said it's pre cooked.....i said I can't eat this it would make me sick. She said that she can't put it back on the grill because it has sauce on it. I asked for a refund then she said we don't do refunds only exchanges I said I want an exchange then I can't eat this food it would make me and my toddler sick. She said give me your card I don't Wana see you back here again. Done I never will with the kind of customer service I got. No wonder they have a 1 Star review. Sounds like the kind of ppl working there are very rude. I'll make sure to tell EVERYONE not to come here again. The photo doesn't even do it's justice.
