Wife and I took the wheel/clay 101 course today and it was so much fun. Ted was an absolute blast of a host and was super knowledgeable. The atmosphere was great, a nice cozy setting. Definitely recommend giving it a shot, even if you aren’t usually an artistic person (like me). Thanks Ted!!

My husband and I had so much fun in the pottery 101 class with Ted! After a quick 20 minute crash course in the basics of pottery creation, we were set loose on the wheels! Ted helped us navigate centering, drawing up or creating height in our pieces, and shaping them into bowls, vases, planters, or whatever we could dream up. Most importantly, he helped us realize when to quit while we were ahead! Between us, we made 5 "keeper" pieces that Ted will trim, glaze, and fire in his kiln for us. This was a great way to spend a Saturday morning, and the value for what we learned and got to create was incredible.

My husband booked both of us for the 101 course for my birthday and it was my first time and it was so much fun making pottery! The instructor, Ted, was great, very informative and patient, made the whole experience really enjoyable!
