I highly recommend this company and wanted to highlight the work of two of its employees: Julieta and Chi. Julieta is an incredible problem solver and went out of her way to find the screws that I need to install my microwave oven. The original installer used short screws, coupled with the builder of my home that improperly installed a panel which caused the microwave to be installed at an angle - the turntable would stop rotating. She would regularly call with updates and thanks to her, we were able to correctly installed the microwave. Chi is a model of perfectionism. He repaired a sensor malfunction, but noticed that the turntable was not rotating properly. He worked 6 hours to basically redo the panel and other upgrades. The microwave works like a champ thanks to him. They both went beyond and above with outstanding quality and exceptional service!

My mini wine/beverage fridge was out of freon which required R600A plus a port needed to be tapped. I literally called over all South Seattle area, no one would want to work on it except these guys. It was a bit pricey but still cheaper than buying a new fridge. The service was great, the tech was super friendly. I would highly recommend these guys.
