My lower was in excruciating pain, I always seen the massage spa in passing, but never in 100 years would go in. But today, that would change! It drove and decided to call, made 2pm appointment and ask for deep tissue massage. How can we judge a place without checking it out, I went in a young lady approached me and ask if I had called and continue speaking and walked me to my room. The room was nice and warm Eva was the masseur and she was excellent, I mean it her technique and skilled very satisfying. My lower feels much better and I am looking forward to another appointment.

Went to get a massage with my sibling.. we ask for the 90 mins each, we pay the 180 for the massage and 36 for tip, then the old lady at the counter looks at us, bewildered and demands 20 dollars each!!! For tip!! Last time I checked, tipping is optional, and what we paid was 20% tip, so we weren’t even being cheap.. she was saying “the girls are tired give them more” and she threw the change on the counter to give her another 20 instead… well no kidding, I’m tired when I work too, and I don’t get tip at the end of the day… the massage was great, but the customer service is terrible, and it takes away a lot from the positive experience… There were a lot of interruptions too, phone ringing, the girl leaving the room multiple times without saying anything … oh yeah, and we had to get separate rooms, cuz the last time we were there in a room together, the 2 women were talking constantly even though we asked them multiple times politely to stop talking in their language so we can enjoy the massage… that was a big disappointment, and again, the shameless tactic for more tips, unbelievable.

I always get hard massage but this time my body hurt more. Then when I am paying, I thought I would be generous and leave $10 cash tip and she asked how much tip? I said the whole thing and said tip is $20. I said I don't have anymore cash and she said just pay with card. I have never experienced anything like this. Tips should not be demanded! I thought this place was good with high rating, but do not go here unless you want to be scammed!
