Very responsive to emergencies. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff for the most part. However, I did have one experience where a particular EMT was very arrogant and refused to listen. His attitude was disrespectful and somewhat harmful to the patient as the EMT passed on his attitude to hospital staff, which caused confusion resulting in a 5 hour wait time. His "diagnosis" was incorrect as well for the patient was hospitalized that night and stayed four days. My hope is that the EMT is no longer there, or at any fire department. Generally, first responders are exactly who you want to see in a time of crisis!
