We had a big-name company come out for a plugged toilet and back up. They missed the real problem and quoted thousands of dollars to dig a hole in the backyard to access a "blown out" pipe. We contacted North Hill Sewer & Drain on a recommendation and Warren came right out & got to work. He quickly discovered the real problem and went above and beyond what we expected to get the job done. His price was a fraction of what the other company wanted for unnecessary repairs that caused us undue stress. It is so refreshing to find an honest company that does professional work and truly values the customer. Great service. Knowledgeable and responsive. We had a water leak in our water line running from the public water main. Rick and his team quickly identified where the leak was and replaced the damaged pipe where it broke and reconnected it in the crawl space to ensure it wouldn't leak in either place. Gary 05/01/2024

My toilet drain was leaking onto the carpet. Rick came right away and accurately diagnosed the problem. They came to do the repair and were in and done in 2 hours. Great job Rick!
