I never write reviews, but I was compelled to because of the exemplary service I received from Tom and Kathrin at North Hollywood Auto Body.
One day I found my car scratched up and dented in the front and with a broken grill. Someone backed into my car and didn't even leave a note. I went around town to get a couple of estimates. Everyone was trying to upsell me on parts, different parts, mind you, from each place. They were trying to convince me that I needed to replace my whole bumper or the BMW logo, etc. But then I pulled up to North Hollywood Auto Body. Tom assessed my vehicle and gave me an estimate on the spot. He said he could fix the scratch and dent without buying any new parts. I didn't mention any of my previous estimates when I saw Tom; I could tell he was honest. He saved me over a $1,000 from the next closest estimate. He was ready to work on my car the following Monday, and it was ready in three quick days, a day earlier than promised. My car looks great! You can't even tell anything happened.
North Hollywood Auto Body is a family-owned business. Tom and Kathrin truly treated me as they would want to be treated: with honesty, respect, and great customer service. I hope I don't ever have to get my car fixed again, but if I do, I'll only be going to them from now on.
