This is a company is what I have been looking for thru my yrs. The owner is more than a boss, more like a mentor to his employees, and a damn good one! The type of customer and employee service this company focuses on is unmatched! the owner looks for employees who want to learn do a good job and better themselves in and out the work place. Old way of construction has no part here. They are making a better version of construction. Focusing on a work culture that makes you motivated everyday to come back and give your all. If that isn't true then you got some growing up to do. Can’t handle the heat then stay out the kitchen! Let the real chefs cook!

We’ve had the pleasure Northpoint Land Construction building a retaining wall and paver section at our home the last couple weeks. I can’t say enough good things about this company, their employees and their customer centric quality driven attitude and performance. This project started out on the right foot with the owner Richie Morales showing up when he said he would to look at the job and then getting me a quote within a couple of days. It just got better from there. They showed up to start the project when they said they would, and worked on it every day until it was done. They did a spectacular job. Everything was done with quality in mind. They cleaned up after themselves moving dirt around, grading it out and leaving our place looking like somebody really cared a lot about what they were doing. They’re a first class outfit, in every way and I can’t recommend them enough. I’m sure we will have them back in the future for other hardscape projects.

North Point is the best landscape company I’ve worked with. Richie is professional, honest, creative and responsive. His crew reflects those traits, works hard and always cleans up after themselves. I highly recommend North Point.
