This is a great shop for collision work. David the owner is super, and has been in business for a long time for good reasons. They were most helpful in dealing with our insurance company which otherwise might be stressful. And they did an exceptionally fine job. My 6 years old car came out like new, particularly with his fine detailing work inside and out, even the engine! Most highly recommended!!!

This is a family run operation. The owner David goes out of his way to satisfy every customer. He repaired the front fender of my car and the workmanship was simply amazing. Do not hesitate to get your car repaired or detailed at this place.

I finally decided to stop by North Shore Auto Collision to get an estimate to get my Mustang fixed and realized the 1980s Mercedes SL sticking off the shop’s wall like a MoMa painting wasn’t the best part of it. Alex gave me a great estimate and really took time to explain to me the job process and answer my questions. I went back also with my wife’s car to get new tires and alignment and David took great care of it while I was waiting in the spa-like waiting room. The driver’s seatbelt had a minor issue since the car was purchased and he found the problem right away and fixed it on the spot. Finally, it is truly amazing to still see a family working together like Victoria Alex and their kids and treating their customers just like family. It’s reassuring to see businesses like this still exist in a city where way too often prices are not aligned with the service you get.
