Best 1st time easy rough...cute and quaint...occasional camping partier gathers...mostly camper hikeer singles and family type campground.

Camp ground is great. The camp host, Mary, is super nice. Hopefully she is here for your visit. Don't forget that the lake is private. There is a swimming lake close by forever. The hike from the campground is really nice also.

First time camping with my brother, his girlfriend, my cousin, and my girlfriend and this spot was awesome! It wasn't completely off the grid but having the restroom and camping hydrant close by was super convenient! The drive is a bit difficult as many camping spots are but we had a blast. Definitely worth it for the price point!
