Company uses some 3rd party service that has failed to bill my insurance for 5 months now.

This place is gross, garbage on the floor of the ER waiting room, so unsanitary.

Went in for getting a stab wound in the foot, could barely walk without passing out. The personnel laughed and made fun of it. Ontop of that, I paid my bills within a week, and they sent me a debt collection bill 5 months later.
