This is the first time I’ve ever had my eyes checked. I had an amazing experience. All the staff were wonderful and made me feel welcome. Definitely recommend!

I would give zero stars if I could . We went in and got eyes checked. The guy who did the exam was fast , blunt and not good. We got glasses. They didn’t work , prescription was wrong. They said sorry we didn’t sell you the glasses so can’t help. Finally got another exam. Completely wrong prescription so now I’m out glasses as well. I called and got zero help. Definitely not a good place to go for sure.

Staff is rude, condescending, and unhelpful. I wanted to look at the frames they had available for people on apple health. She asked for my rx. I didn't have the physical copy but had a digital copy but it lacked dr info. She said she can't let me see the glasses with it. I asked if I could just look at the ones they have available. And out of no where she very rudely told me I needed to leave. Not sure what I did to deserve it. After I was dealt with like that I did call her a name but up until that I had been kind. Her hostile attitude came out of nowhere. If you're someone who is using apple health, don't go here. They will look down on you and treat you as subhuman. I should have looked at the reviews before I drove out here cause they are mostly bad.
