This clinic has been so lovely to my kitty and I over the past few years! Re: the negative reviews about cost: all vets are expensive, and I have always found North Spokane to be transparent and fair about cost.
My girl is very anxious at the vet, and they have consistently worked to find ways to make her more comfortable. When I got teary about the one abnormal health issue my girl had, the vet was incredibly supportive and encouraging, and pulled out an actual textbook to show me everything about the problem and what we could do to resolve it. That attention to detail is the difference between feeling ignored versus feeling heard and valued.
If you are looking to establish a long-term relationship with a vet clinic that will remember your pet and make notes about their safety and comfort, even if you only go in once a year for a routine checkup, this is the place to do it. I really can't speak highly enough about their professionalism, competence, and compassion.
My family and I brought our sweet Pearl girl to this office a few weeks ago to cross the rainbow bridge. Let me start out by saying that we were absolutely blown away by the whole staff. Their kindness and gratitude extended to us during this difficult time was much needed. They had the lights dimmed, blankets and whole tray of snacks for our sweet girl to make her as comfortable as possible. I will be forever grateful to the North Spokane Veterinary Clinic staff for making this painful experience a little more bearable for us.
