Hands down a life saver!! I was in extreme pain for a month. I ended up in the ER three times within a week and a half. After my visit at North Valley Chiropractic my pain was relieved. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. Dr. Seegrist takes the time to figure out what the cause of the problem is. He listen without interruption and actually cares about the patient. I didn’t feel like he was trying to push me out the door so he could move on to the next patient!!!! Five stars and well deserved.

I went to North Valley Chiropractic with a pretty messed up spine and neck. I've been to many chiropractors, and I had an amazing one in Berkeley before moving to Chico who took his time with me and didn't try to sell me anything. While Dr. Steve at North Valley is very nice, he tried to sell me a plan that I needed to come in 3Xs a week for 2-3 months. I told him I didn't have the time or money for that. So I went in a few times as needed to give him a try. His appointments are $50/session, which were typically 10 minutes long. He did not ask how I was or where my pain was at. He came in, did a fast adjustment, and I was out of the office. I did not appreciate that. I was treated like a number and I'd prefer someone who takes their time with me.

I am a very difficult person to adjust. My neck especially. After my car accident I felt like Steve really took the time to know what I needed and help me recover. He always seemed to really want to spend the time to make sure I was doing better every visit. Most people want you to just come in when ever you feel pain but he had the knowledge to use his practice as a recovery tool; not just a way to make money. Good atmosphere and customer service too. Thanks!
