I've been a patient since the Dr. Val Shaw days. Really great care! In times past there was a pretty serious situation that was brought under control with Dr. Shaw's help and now I'm just a regular patient. I'm very grateful for the care I've gotten at North Valley Eye Care and recommend them highly.

We love North Valley Eye Care!! The staff is great—always helpful and cheerful. The doctors are wonderful. And we are so happy they are now in their new facility (so much closer for us)!!

Love doctor merry & the other staff, very polite kind & curtious. I come with my mother in law which is the only hard part since she speaks no English & I speak very little Spanish. The only thing I would say is maybe get some interpreters even if it a machine type . Otherwise they’re very good about trying to communicate & have patience when we try to get the test that she needs. Thank you very much Northern Valley eye care in Chico California.
