Doug and Paul put in our heat and AC while my husband and I were on our honeymoon. Best decision. He cares about families and not overcharging like a lot of big companies. He believe in humanity. He does great work and he is funny!

Very knowledgeable in the trade. Their A/C tech located the two issues I had with my air conditioner within just a few minutes after I had paid a service tech to come out to fix the unit and he was stumped as to what the issue was. Very pleased with my a/c. Thankyou Northend.
