Was referred by my in-laws for an ant problem. Very nice on the phone, scheduled for 6 weeks out at 1:00pm. Day of service, my wife calls them at 1:30 wondering where they are. They said our window was from 11:30 to 1:30 and could we call back at 2:00 if the tech hadn’t shown up. My wife called back at 2:00, spoke to a different girl who didn’t know what was going on and actually yelled at my wife. My wife had her transfer her to a different lady who was again nice and apologized. My wife told them if the tech wasn’t here by 3:00 pm we were locking the gates and letting our animals, which had been locked up since 12:30, loose. 3:15 rolled around and I locked the gate. My wife called the office again and asked for the owner name and number, since we weren’t getting any satisfaction.About 3:40 the tech called and said he had been delayed by traffic and didn’t have cell service. Kinda had an attitude. My wife told him he should call his office. The number the office gave her for the owner turned out to be the wrong number, imagine that! She called again and got the correct number for the owner, who finally called her back. Clint came up with every excuse, bad cell service, traffic, guys out sick and new office staff. This is just bad service from the office staff to the tech to the owner. A phone call at 1:30 letting us know about the delay would have handled this.Needless to say we won’t be rescheduling with these guys, we’ll find someone else or do it ourselves.
