We moved to the area about 10 months ago and my work-based insurance changed. It was very difficult to find new therapists to work with our four year-old with individual needs. When we contacted Haleh, she was extremely helpful and welcoming. Our experience with her has been extraordinary. She devoted a lot of time to jumping through hurdles with our insurance, going above and beyond to ensure our son got the therapy he needs. She is always available to answer questions and has provided great insight. There have been several times we have had questions or issues arise outside of therapy time, and Haleh has always responded promptly with invaluable advice and assistance.
As a therapist, Haleh is above reproach. Our son has some fairly extreme behaviors and she has proven more than capable of caring for him and gaining his trust. The progress he has made in speech since working with Haleh has been amazing. We are very grateful to have such a wonderful SLP to work with us and our son.
