Came in after getting my hair completely destroyed at another salon. A man helped me and was patient while I tried on so many wigs. He helped me find what I was looking for and showed me ways to part and take care of each one. I remember promising to buy one after taking up all his time and he made sure I knew that was not required. They just wanted me to feel comfortable with them and Confident in my choice. So helpful and on bored to help get my confidence back with absolutely no pressure to buy. I have bought three wigs since and I love the place. Always eager to help or give a discount for your first time or if you purchase regularly there. Love love love them!

Patricia seems nice and was able to answer all my questions. I had a lot of questions and she didn’t judge which made me feel comfortable. Will be making an appointment soon.

The Hairstylist gave me directions because I didn't see the place; she was friendly, helpful, and courteous. I will be returning. Part II of my review, the customer service once again Outstanding! The prices on wigs and various other types of hair is very reasonable, I felt welcome when arriving. I will continue to support Northgate Hair & Salon. 12/15/18
