Northgate on 10th and Cherry Street is Terrible parking people soliciting you and customer service is terrible, ask where a product is the employee just points in a direction. "TERRIBLE!! And the store is dirty.
However the Northgate on Cherry and Del Amo Street is very professional and customer service skills are the best store is nice and clean.. highly recommend 😀

I used to be afraid of getting mugged in the parking lot back when they were TopValu. Now that they've rebranded to Northgate, the selections inside are much better, and I'm still afraid of getting mugged in the parking lot. Some things never change.

The store was super busy. Only had 2 registers opened. This happens all the time. Wait lines are about 20 minutes. Plus the store Manager refuses to give me access to the restroom as 3 employees said they will get in big trouble. I'm a loyal customer, But I refuse to come back to this location on Cherry and 10th Street in Long Beach.
