Ken recently helped me and my mom with an issue we were having with our septic tank. He provided knowledgeable advice and offered to try to trouble shoot the problem with us over the phone, saving us from having to have a service call. He walked us through the process and helped us figure it out. We will be using Ken for all our future needs and services with the septic and plumbing.

My septic alarm went off at 7am this morning. I didn't know what the darn thing was at first but it was screaming at my loudly. I did some quick research and found it to be my septic system was ready to overflow into my home. I did a quick search on Google looking for the best rated for septic pumping near Woodinville. Northlake was in the results and top rated, and for good reason! Ken came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. I needed a float replaced and both tanks pumped and he was informative, fast, and fair. I'll be calling Ken again in 2 years because I trust him!
Best to all with a similar problem and do consider Northlake Septic Srvcs if the need calls!

Seriously people, this is the best service I've received in years! Ken took the time to answer my questions without compensation. I am really bummed that I didn't contact him before I set the appointment with another company. He took the time to calm me down after revealing an issue with my septic tank the night before the inspection for a home sale. He assured me that the problem was repairable and not to worry. I seriously contemplated cancelling my appointment with the other company to have him do the inspection. I know reviews tell a story about a company but if you are looking for a great company that has your best interests in mind this is the company to call!
