Jean and his team provided excellent service. After moving into a new home, I had set up our local network by myself but had several issue that stumped me. One of Jean's technicians solved an issue with a driver in one of my computers and corrected a problem with our wireless access point. Then Jean decoded the CAT wiring that was preinstalled in the house but not terminated or labelled. Now everything works with a combination of wireless plus LAN for those devices that need high-speed connections, and everything is neat and tidy!
