Made an appointment in early June for August 13th. Received email and text confirmations as well reminders including a form asking us to fill out a registration prior to arrival. On the day of the appointment, we showed up to be told that we have no appointment, there is nobody to speak to and to make an appointment for November! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

The front desk staff is the laziest most rude front desk receptionist I've ever had an interaction with as someone who has worked the job. Lady, if you hate you job so much, maybe don't take the part? Patients come to this clinic in AGONY, looking for answers. The last thing we want is to be treated like garbage.

I've been with various NWAA offices my entire life and worked with a lot of fantastic doctors. Dr. Kaur is no exception. It was easy to schedule and complete a quick check-up, and all the other staff in the office were wonderful as well.
