Everybody at the clinic was very friendly and helpful. The front desk, medical assistant, and Dr. Perez were very professional and personable and went out of their way to provide me with all the information I needed. I left my appointment very informed and cared for!

$30 for a required school form to sit in their folder for 2 weeks?!? $80 if I want it expedited?!?
Surely we can find a more friendly allergist. We’ve only been customers for 20 YEARS!!!!!

This rating is not for the doctors at NWAA. They are good. Negative 10 (if i could give) is for their inefficient system. I have been taking my son to NWAA for more than 10 years now and every time it’s been a pain to get an appointment but never made a big deal because the doctors were good. My current situation- The school system requires allergy forms to be filled and medications ready and available on or before the first day of school. Usually, if they don’t give me an appointment on time (which I usually call 2 months before) I submit the forms and the doctor fills it up and keeps it ready and they would see him whenever the next appointment is available. When i called today, they tell me first appointment for school forms is in November. School begins in September. Does this make any sense? Can I request for a solution to this problem? Today is July 10th 2024. An appointment for school forms in the Redmond clinic before third week of Aug is so out of reach?
