Called yesterday for a Yakima skybox and James said he had 1 more left in stock and offered to hold it for me. Went down today expecting to install the box myself, but Thor said he would install it for me. My bars are the maximum width for the clamps on the skybox which left only a few threads holding it on the nuts. Thor told me I needed longer bolts to install it safely. He took one apart and gave me directions to the hardware store and told me to pick up an extra 4 for the other skybox on my truck. Thor changed out all the bolts to the longer ones on my new box and then proceeded to change the ones out in my existing skybox. He told that it wasn’t safe for me to have it like that because of the wind turbulence. What a great guy! Went way above and beyond to help me out and make sure I was road ready. Have a few other things I’ve been wanting to get for my Gladiator so I’ll be driving the 2.5 hours to come to this place because of the great customer service! Thank you!!
