Very straight forward with price for repairs and found additional issues that needed fixed. Excellent customer service and fair priced. Will definitely be using them again for auto repairs. High recommend.

I had a low tire which I knew needed replacing. Called NWAuto asked if they could fix slow leak and order me new tires. Said they could and would. Called me back told me instead of fixing the tire that they could just put on new ones. It was late in the day but got it done. Thanks Northwest Auto.

Very respectful, calm and explained their recommendation of repair so anyone could understand. Made an appointment for it to be repaired. They helped accommodate getting it back to my house. It was 100% a great experience thank you.
