John is an absolute godsend. My insurance company was refusing to work with my shop of choice and to cover necessary repairs. They were trying to short me over $8k in repair costs that they wanted done cheaply and poorly. I fought with them for months before I contacted John and used my appraisal clause. The issue was resolved expediently and at no additional cost to me for repairs. I cannot recommend John enough. If you are having any trouble with your insurance company, this is the only call you need to make.
