Very good small business! Owner is great, runs his tail off all day,working Mgr, never heard him yell, keeps organized. I asked another customer when I was waiting what he thought of the place and he said he'd been a customer for a really long time and he loved their work as well. They did an excellent and quick job with my truck even though they were deep in cars at 9:00 am.. Will keep us updated and great so far!

Been going here for years, would highly recommend to anyone. They explain any issues with my vehicle and give professional advice about what they suggest but they have never tried to upsell me and are very respectful. I still come here even after moving all the way across town.

They had friendly service at the front desk. I took my car in to get a misfire fixed and they replaced my catalytic converter and did not replace the heat shields along with it causing my car more problems and I’m having to take it to a different repair shop because the technicians at northwest straight up told me they didn’t know what was wrong with it.
