Northwest Cable was great to work with. The tech "Tom" installed an ethernet cable at our house, from the 1st to the 3rd floor and it is lightning fast.

Tried reaching out to another company and was going to have to wait weeks just to get a quote on an ethernet installation. Northwest Cable answered the first call and did the installation the next day. Best experience I've ever had with an internet related installation company, and our ethernet works perfectly.

Casey helped me get my computer working again! He helped me trouble shoot my storage, iCloud, and updates on my Apple laptop. He was able to handle it all quickly with me remotely, walking me through all the steps (and handling the parts I didn't understand) using a remote connection! He was very professional and personable and I'm happy to now have a local company I can call if I ever need help with my computer again. (more like "when"... I am not technologically inclined!). Can't recommend this company enough -- I can use my computer again without it forcing me to shut down all my apps and programs!
